Dr. Petersen is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced training in Active Release Technique, Class IV Laser, Kinesio Taping, and FAKTAR. Dr. Petersen has taken extended workshop classes in TMJ dysfunction and has successfully treated many cases. He has been a lecturer to multiple Bay Area sports teams and has been the sideline Head Doctor during Playoff tournaments in sports such as Lacrosse and Soccer in California and Pro Volleyball tournaments in Hawaii.

Dr. Max Petersen received a Bachelors degree in Construction Management and Engineering from Fresno State University and then continued his education to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree from the Palmer West Chiropractic University, San Jose, CA, in 2004.
Career
He has been practicing Chiropractor since 2004. He has continued his knowledge and education by keeping up with technology and adding the latest equipment to his office. He also attends industry seminars.
