Insurance and Payment Options
We are contracted with some insurance companies, and if we are not contracted with them, we have out of network benefits. We work with all auto accident claims. If you have limited benefits or none at all, we have payment plans to make it possible for you to get the care you want.
Insurance Plans
We are in-network with the following insurance companies:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Valley Health Plan
If your insurance plan is not listed above, most plans still offer some coverage for out-of-network providers. If your insurance is out-of-network we will bill your insurance company so that your payment will be applied to your deductible.
Since there are many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
